ABOUT DAN WILLIAMS

I started fishing with friends when I was around 12 and soon got into carp fishing. My early carp fishing involved surface fishing for carp in farm ponds. But, my passion for carp fishing soon motivated me to target larger fish from Broadlands lake in Hampshire whilst the water was in its prime.

While at school I was lucky enough to live within walking distance of a lake called Nutsey. This lake held very special carp which were targeted by some of the most accomplished and talented anglers out there including Terry Hearn. Catching 4 x 40lb carp in one season from a tricky South West syndicate, one of which was in the company of my son.

I first started using baits supplied by Mat about 3 years ago. When he told me that he was starting Max Attract baits I was very interested and was very impressed by the first samples he provided.

I have total confidence in Max Attract baits and I have been successful using the bait on many different waters. This includes local club lakes, busy day ticket waters and large French public lakes. Due to my location, I tend to target small tricky club and syndicate waters in the southwest, I also venture to some of the busier day ticket waters a few times a year.
